It takes time,
To get the chance just once.
In this world so cruel,
If we commit a mistake.
None makes a compromise.
It takes time,
Time, to fill yourself up to the brim,
It is just a dream,
That you'll be excused,
After you've done a sin.
It takes time,
For every wound to heal,
And for every pit to fill.
In moments we get pain,
But it takes time,
To erase it from memories den.
Like a knot in the thread,
Or a relation which gets bad,
It takes time,
To untie the knot,
And make the relation to stand.
