Love without an echo

AS I DO

A heart speaking into distance.

Read the complete poem
Yes, I loved you, And this love to refuse, Would be like- Refusing my existence on earth. I loved you passionately, Like a nightingale loves spring, Love was true, fervent and breezy, My love was hopeless, I had no apprehension of What was to come. In the form of a thunder storm, Engulfing my love, In its devastating waves, Yet, there are no pains, My love was ruthless, insane, selfish, May god grant, Another loves you so.
